Submission of claim

Important! Before you decide to submit a claim to the guarantee fund, we recommend that you visit our Frequently Asked Questions. There you can read, amongst other things, that it is very important that the damage you have suffered has been caused by another motor vehicle (car, motorbike etc.). If this is not the case - there was intentional destruction, for example (scratched car) - then unfortunately you cannot appeal to the Truthful Collection Fund. So please read the questions and answers so that you can save yourself the trouble of making an unnecessary claim.

To enter your claim, the waaborgfonds will ask you for your Citizen Service Number (BSN). You will also be asked for your date of birth and the registration number of your car.
