Auto damage vandalism guarantee fund

To qualify for compensation from the Guarantee Fund, the damage must have been caused by a motor vehicle. Car damage caused by vandalism, or deliberately damaging the property of others, unfortunately does not fall under the conditions set by the Guarantee Fund.Vandalism includes scratching your car with a sharp object, puncturing car tires, kicking off your mirrors or running over your vehicle. You may be able to get compensation for damages resulting from vandalism through your own insurance company.
