The Waarborgfonds can help you if you meet certain conditions. As of June 11, 2007, the Motor Traffic Guarantee Fund applies a deductible of €250.00 per injured party for damage caused by unknown motor vehicles. For other situations, such as an uninsured or stolen vehicle or a person in possession of means, there is no longer a deductible. In addition, there is also no longer a deductible for personal injury claims.
