The Motor Traffic Guarantee Fund was created to help you when you have damage to your car caused by third parties. To qualify for assistance from the Guarantee Fund, you must meet a number of conditions. Also, not every type of car damage is reimbursed by the Motor Traffic Guarantee Fund.
