Vandalism damage is intentionally destroying or damaging the property of others. Examples of vandalism damage include: scratching with a sharp object, puncturing tires, kicking off a mirror, running over a car. One of the conditions for eligibility for compensation for the Guarantee Fund is that the damage must have been inflicted by a motor vehicle. Therefore, unfortunately, damage caused by vandalism is not compensated by the Guarantee Fund. You may be able to get compensation for damage caused by vandalism from your own insurance company (if your policy covers it). If the perpetrator is known, it is also possible to recover your damages directly from that person.
