Can I only claim motor vehicle damage from the guarantee fund?
Other damages such as personal injury, damage to a bicycle, a house or a garden may also qualify for compensation. It is not decisive whether the damage was caused to a motor vehicle, but whether it was caused by another motor vehicle.
