Do I have a deductible with the Guarantee Fund?

It depends. For material damage caused by an unknown motor vehicle, an excess of €250 applies to the guarantee fund:
- damage caused by an uninsured motor vehicle;
- damage caused by a stolen motor vehicle;
- Damage caused by a motor vehicle belonging to a person of conscience;
- personal injury.
